Part Replacement

If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.
You can contact us via our email address, and we will get back to you within 2 business days of receiving your email. If you do not receive our reply within 2 working days, please check your spam/junk folder.
Please note:
If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free.
However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend that you first try to repair the damaged part with glue - in most cases, this should be enough to fix the problem. If the part(s) are not easily repairable or have been lost, please feel free to contact us for a replacement. You only need to pay for shipping, and your new part(s) will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
